1. If you are unsure whether or not you have already claimed your System ID:
   1. 访问 我认领账户了吗? 页面
   2. 输入您的 出生日期 (mm / dd / yyyy) 代号 (or 7-digit 学生证 number)，并按 (继续).
      
      
   3. The resulting screen will either display your 用户标识 (通常在 firstname.姓 format) or you will receive a message that says, "The information you entered does not match any users currently in the system."
      • If your information was found, use your 用户标识 and password to log in to the system
      • If your information was not found in the system, proceed with claiming your account in Step 2

5. The resulting screen will display the 用户标识 you should use when you log in to 校园连接. The normal format for this ID is firstname.姓. 点击 (继续). 
6. 输入并确认您的 新密码，并按 [保存].
   1. The password must contain between 8 and 16 characters from three of the following four categories:
      • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
      • English lowercase characters (a through z)
      • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
      • Non-alphanumeric characters ` ~ ! @ # $ % ^ * ( ) _ + - = { } | [ ] \ : " ; ? , . /
   2. 密码 cannot contain your name or user name
   3. 不允许有空格 
7. 提供答案 至少3个 of the Authentication Questions (to be used for recovering your password)，并按 [保存].

返回的学生 (after lapse in enrollment)

If you have experienced a lapse in enrollment of at least one semester (excluding summer term) you must request reactivation/readmission to be able to register for classes. You will need to complete an 本科 Reactivation/Petition for Readmission Form and submit it to the Office of 注册及记录.
