新大学生研究日是一个为期两天的活动，致力于为新大研究生和本科生提供展示他们的研究和创造性作品的机会. The event was held on April 9 and 10. 优秀学生的演讲在口头和海报展示中都获得了奖励.
该活动是NDSU研究与创意活动办公室的合作, Gamma Sigma Delta, and the 研究生 Student Council. The NDSU Office of 研究 and Creative Activity hosts NDSU EXPLORE, 一年一度的展示会上，所有学科的本科生展示他们的研究和创意项目. Gamma Sigma Delta是一个农业荣誉协会，鼓励和奖励农业方面的优秀人才, NDSU分会每年举办一次研讨会，让本科生和研究生展示他们的研究成果. 新大研究生会每年举办一次研究研讨会，让所有学科的研究生展示他们的研究成果.

Prizes were awarded during a ceremony at the end of each day.
